A joint effort of the Planning Commission, Department of Community Development, and Housing Choices Committee, A+ Homes focuses on creating homes that are attractive, affordably-priced, adaptable, aging-friendly, and accessible. Did you know that Chester County consistently has the highest median home sales price in the Commonwealth? As part of the county's A+ Homes initiative, CCPC released a new video highlighting the importance of affordably-priced housing in our communities, specifically for families.
